The machine has had very little use and sews as nice as it looks.

This is one of the nicest sewing class 15 machines I have had in quite some time. Smooth, machine runs very quite for a machine from this era. It runs like a dream and feeds material perfectly. The craftsmanship that went into this machine makes us think today. What is going on with our pride in building a quality product.

The lady I got this machine from told me she has been collection great old machines for some time now and  she used it as her husband was good at cleaning, oiling type of maintenance and it really shows.

Sewing surface decals are in 100% condition, or as new on this unit is just amazing for its age. Best of all, being a class 15 model, this machine uses standard 15 class bobbins, needles, and accessories that are available at any sewing store even your Target Store.

The high power rear mounted motor allows this sewing machine to penetrate dense material easily. Steel gears and internal moving parts means this machine was built to last. This could possibly be the very last sewing machine you ever buy.

Machine has been cleaned and oiled with Authentic Singer Machine Lube and has had the timing and tolerances checked and is perfect.

This machine sews a perfect stitch, whether in forward or reverse. Stitch length lever allows 7 to 20 stitches per inch with reverse.

Regular 15 class steel bobbins, nice cords rewired because of age, original foot controller.

Threading the upper needle thread is as all 15 Class sewing machines. As well as filling the bobbin and selecting the right needle and tension settings for the job are all the same as the other 15 class machines.

It really makes sewing like a pro easy. Most importantly, my website will show you exactly how to lube and maintain your machine making it possible for the machine to last another 70 years.

This machine is 100% ready to go, right out of the box. Everything needed to sew, including needle and thread and the samples sewn in these pictures, will be included in the package.

The motor is a 1/5 amps high rpm with power to get the job done.  Wiring is in good condition and the best thing is it has hardly been used. US made motor.

Look at This Beautiful Machine

They are not made like this anymore.

Included will be, 4 Steel Bobbins, 1 Straight Stitch Foot and any other pictured accessories.

The new machines of today will all be in the trash long before this machine is even well broke in.

This beautiful and durable machine has a chrome hand wheel, stainless light assembly, Very shiny black japan paint and heavy steel shafts.

This machine was made in Japan when things were made to last. They were inspected when they entered this country and most of these machines was sold through the Brother Sewing Machine Co.

Other sewing machine companies purchased these machines and put the name they liked on the machine.

The machine itself is a solid workhorse and I have worked on them as early as the 1950’s.

This 15 Class machine has the regular rotary and bobbin case. Lots of Singer parts will fit this little machine and lots of Brother parts also fit. There

are no problems getting repair if ever needed.

Sewing all types of material is no problem with this machine. Here are some samples of the material we just sewed with this machine.

This machine is a durable machine sewing 5 or 6 layers of denim and 4 layers of leather.
